Backpacks may not be brought into the venues. However, bags as well as waist and belt bags up to DIN A4 size are permitted.

A free cloakroom for jackets, backpacks and bags is located at Kesselhaus. The cloakroom opens at 5PM on Wednesday, 5:30PM on Thursday and Friday and closes at 1AM on all days.

Items left behind can be collected from the Info and Merch Container on Thursday and Friday between 4PM and 1AM.

There are no lockers. Please use the free cloakroom.

Lost and found items can be collected from the Info and Merch Container (between REWE and Palais) during the three festival days from 30 August till 1 September 1 between 4PM and 1AM.

The programme at Çaystube, Frannz Garten on Thursday and Friday as well as the special project »Can I Kick It? Yes, You Can!« and the Commissioned Work »Kyiv Black Box« are free and open to the public. Click here for the map.

At Pop-Kultur, it’s »first come, first serve«. As our venues are usually not cleared after individual events, it is advisable to arrive on time.

For the festival duration, the provisions of the Law for the Protection of Young People in Public apply on the event grounds and in the venues.

Admission is free for children 6 years of age and younger accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

Children aged 7 to 12 pay half the admission price. They can only be admitted to the event if accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, or a person granted this authority.

A person granted with parental authority is any person over the age of 18 who is permanently or temporarily responsible for parenting duties on the basis of an agreement with the person having legal authority, or who cares for the child or young person in the context of education or youth welfare services (§ 1 Abs. 1 Nr. 4 JuSchG).

Adolescents over 16 years of age may enter the event until midnight without being accompanied by a legal guardian or a person with parental authority.

Persons with parental authority must carry written proof of their authorisation and present a copy of the identity card of the person with legal authority on request.
